Relabel Form

If you are an existing dealer, and have the need to relabel certain grass seed inventories, you may request new labels through the submission of the a relabel form. If you have questions about the Lifetyme Grass Seed relabel process, feel free to contact us at 800-798-5153.

NOTE: We will retest seed one time at no cost to the dealer.
