1. Overview

Lifetyme Seed Company takes pride in providing high-quality grass seed products that satisfy or exceed legal requirements for germination rates. Due to the nature of agricultural products and the wide range of environmental variables outside our control, all seed sales are final once a purchase is made unless the conditions outlined in this policy are met.

We want every customer to feel confident buying from us. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

2. Return Eligibility

Lifetyme Seed Company accepts returns of unopened, unaltered seed bags in original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions only:

      Item received was incorrect

      Item arrived visibly damaged at time of delivery

      Item was defective at time of shipment

All returns must be authorized by Lifetyme Seed Company prior to shipment back to our facility. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for the following:

      Opened or partially used seed bags

      Germination rates or crop performance outcomes

      Environmental, soil, weather, or planting condition variables

      Change of mind or change in planting plans

      Seasonal timing or delayed planting decisions

      General dissatisfaction with results caused by factors outside our control

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate an authorized return, contact us within 14 days of delivery:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with a determination and return instructions if approved.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as Lifetyme Seed Company is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

Approved returns received in eligible condition will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt and inspection. You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed. Lifetyme Seed Company reserves the right to issue store credit in lieu of a refund for returns that do not meet all eligibility conditions.

8. Order Cancellations
