1. Where We Ship
We currently ship within the contiguous United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. Certain seed varieties may be restricted from shipment to specific states due to agricultural regulations — see Section 6 for details.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days of purchase (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During peak planting seasons (spring: March through May, fall: August through October), processing times may extend to 3–5 business days due to higher order volume. We will notify you by email if your order experiences an unexpected delay.
3. Shipping Methods & Rates
Available shipping options and current rates are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. We ship through major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
Free standard shipping is available on all orders of $75.00 or more (before taxes) shipping within the contiguous United States.
4. Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery dates are displayed at checkout and are provided by our carriers. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by:
• Weather events or natural disasters
• Carrier delays or service disruptions
• Remote or rural delivery locations
• High-volume shipping periods such as holidays
Lifetyme Seed Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or factors outside our control once a package has been handed to the carrier.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
6. Agricultural Shipping Restrictions
Certain grass seed varieties are subject to federal and state agricultural regulations that may restrict or prohibit shipment to specific states or regions. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are legal to receive in their jurisdiction.
If your order contains a restricted item that cannot be shipped to your state, we will contact you before processing to discuss alternatives or issue a full refund for the affected items.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
Lifetyme Seed Company will make every reasonable effort to assist in resolving lost or stolen package situations but cannot be held liable once a package has been confirmed delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, we recommend:
• Checking around your property and with neighbors
• Contacting your local post office or carrier facility
• Filing a claim directly with the carrier
If you believe your package was lost in transit (not yet delivered), please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
8. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details on how damaged order claims are handled.
